How long does it take to get tacos?

Most taco shop orders are ready in about five minutes or less. Ordering ahead makes pickup even faster.

Can I order food for my office or a small group?

Quick answers for checkout, pickup, and delivery logistics.

What payment methods do you accept?

What if there is an issue with a delivery order?

Delivery orders are placed through DoorDash, so the fastest support is inside the delivery app. If you still need help, contact us with your order details.

Do you take large group orders?

Food truck and catering

Built for tight timelines, high volume, and clean event execution.

What types of events do you cater?

Pronto Taco caters corporate lunches, employee appreciation events, weddings, private parties, concerts, festivals, conventions, graduations, neighborhood events, and community events across Indianapolis and central Indiana.

How fast can you serve?

With a full team, we often serve guests in 40 to 60 seconds per order during peak windows. The menu is designed to move lines without sacrificing flavor or consistency.

Do you need power or water?

No. The food truck does not require external power or water hookups for most events.

How much space do you need?

The trailer is 18 feet long. When hitched to the truck, the full footprint is about 36 feet. We confirm exact space needs during booking.

How far do you travel?

We regularly serve Beech Grove, Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Greenwood, Noblesville, Zionsville, Brownsburg, Franklin Township, and surrounding areas. We travel farther for large events.

What happens after I submit a booking request?

We follow up with availability, menu options, pricing, and next steps. A deposit secures your date.

Pricing and expectations

Clear expectations make events smoother.

How should I think about Pronto Taco catering pricing?

Pronto Taco is built for speed, consistency, hospitality, and reliable event execution. Food truck catering has a minimum guarantee and often starts around $14.99 per guest depending on the service style, guest count, event timing, and location.

When is taco bar catering better than the food truck?

Taco bar catering is often the better fit for smaller groups, indoor meals, office lunches, and events where a food truck minimum does not make sense. The food truck is best for larger events, outdoor service, and high-volume guest flow.

Do you offer full-service catering?

We cook and serve, but we do not handle venue cleanup. Taco bar and burrito catering are setup and handoff services. Food truck catering is on-location service where guests order at the window and receive takeaway taco boxes.

What Pronto Taco does not do

Pronto Taco is intentionally focused so we can stay fast and consistent.

  • We do not offer dine-in service at the taco shop.
  • We do not offer unlimited menu customization.
  • We do not offer a full Mexican restaurant menu.
  • We do not do routine food truck pop-ups.
  • We do not position catering as an ultra-low-budget option.

Public food truck appearances are announced on our social media channels.
